This safe heating chamber facilitates the Franck-Hertz or sodium resonance fluorescence experiments. It features a powder-coated sheet steel body with two viewing windows, a front plate secured by six knurled screws, and a tubular heating element on the chamber floor. Temperature control and display are managed via an integrated micro-controller and PT 100 thermocouple, with a digital display showing set-point and actual temperature. The 'SET' button toggles between Celsius and Fahrenheit, while '+'/'-' keys adjust the set-point in 1K increments. A top opening with a spring clip holds a thermometer, and a thermally insulated handle ensures easy carrying. It accommodates both the Franck-Hertz tube with Hg filling and the sodium fluorescence tube.
